Has your employee proven themselves to be a fit to your company? If so, you can add them as a Vitable member whenever you want! Just go to the “Members” dashboard and add them, or if you had them registered as a recruit just click the “Enroll Into Membership” button on their recruit profile. You can then tag them by location, employee attribute, and more for better organization. 

From there, you can give them access to all of Vitable’s benefits, or select which ones you think are most important for them. This includes concierge in-home visits, access to 1000+ free medications, dental coverage, vision coverage, mental health support, and more. Their Vitable membership provides them with ease-of-access through the website and mobile app to help alleviate any workload on your end.

Book A Lab

Not only can you schedule a lab through this tab, but you can also track the progress of previously ordered tests. Make sure that each of the tests you ordered came on time, and that the results are favorable before your employee starts work. 

Schedule a Clinic

Instead of making your employees travel to a clinic to receive medical provisions, simply order an on-site clinic and let the care come to you! In this tab, you can specify what care you’d like to receive, how many attendees you’re planning on having, and who you would like to receive alerts. After choosing a few different preferred times, we’ll get back to you with an official confirmation and care will be on the way soon. 

My Clinics

From this section of the company dashboard, you can manage your clinics, edit them, and make sure your health care requests are running smoothly. You can reschedule clinics that don’t fit in your time slot anymore, or you can rate the clinics that you’ve already had administered to you. 

View Records

View Records allows you to access each of your employees completed tests and visits from one centralized area. Track when the tests were administered, what the results were, and where the test was completed. You can also filter by date, record type, and more. 

Compliance Tracking

Our proprietary compliance dashboard allows you to track whether your company is staying up to date with federal and state regulations. Check if any of your records are expiring soon, if they’re already expired, or if any of your employees have missing health records that are required by your area.
