When we sat down to talk with Ameribest about how Vitable helped their company grow, it was quickly apparent that they were operating at a huge scale. The home care provider has been onboarding “about five to twenty-five people a day” and has more than 2000 patient care associates in the field. They’ve doubled from 30 to 60 full-time employees and are thriving within their industry.

However, scale doesn’t come without problems. Onboarding, managing, and properly caring for this many employees is a gargantuan task; due to regulations within their areas of operation, they must adhere to health guidelines for each employee.
